Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using any part of the CourtTrack Platform—including our web application, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service")—you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including coaches, club and school administrators, players, and parents.

Description of Service

CourtTrack is a web-based platform designed to help clubs, schools, private coaches, and players manage their tennis programs. The Service includes features for roster management, match and lesson scheduling, tournament coordination, attendance tracking, reservations, communication tools, and related workflows. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice.

User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
• Transmit any material that is abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or any other accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device to access the Service
• Collect or store personal data about other users without their consent

Student Data and Privacy

If you use the Service to store information about athletes (including students or minors), you are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable privacy laws, including but not limited to the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), where applicable. You represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary consents and permissions before adding athlete information to the platform. CourtTrack will handle such data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Court Track and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without our express written permission.

User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Court Track a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

Pricing and Payment Terms

CourtTrack may offer both free and paid features. If you purchase a subscription, add-on, or any other product or service through our platform or store, you agree to pay all fees associated with your purchase. All purchases are subject to the pricing, billing interval, and terms presented at checkout. Refund policies for purchases will be clearly stated for each product or service. We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable notice where required by law.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COURTTRACK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
