Court Track ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform and services designed for high school tennis program management.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us when you request a demo or use our services. This includes your name, email address, phone number, school name, district information, role (coach or athletic director), city, and state. We may also collect roster information, practice schedules, and team communication data when you use our platform.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to provide and improve our services, including managing rosters, scheduling practices and matches, facilitating team communication, and maintaining season archives. We also use your contact information to respond to your inquiries, send service-related announcements, and provide customer support. With your consent, we may send you newsletters about CourtTrack updates and the Ball Drive program.

Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with service providers who assist us in operating our platform (such as hosting services and email providers), but only to the extent necessary for them to perform their services. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights and safety.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. This includes encryption of data in transit and at rest, secure authentication protocols, and regular security audits. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, update, or delete your personal information at any time. You may also opt out of receiving promotional communications from us by following the unsubscribe instructions in those emails. If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the information below.

Children's Privacy

Court Track is designed for use by high school coaches and athletic directors. While student athlete information may be stored in the platform, we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from individuals under 13 without parental consent. Coaches and schools are responsible for obtaining necessary permissions before adding student information to the platform.
